Prepare: After cleansing, apply a nickel- to quarter-sized amount of toner onto a cotton or toner pad.

Apply: Gently sweep the pad across the entire face, including the jawline and neck if desired.

Follow up: Layer your treatment serum or moisturizer on top while skin is still slightly damp for better absorption.
